The board of directors and Founder of Mental Fitness could not be more proud of the work that has been done. Some of MFI's programs will continue through the Spartanburg Academic Movement, accessed here:
"We always said we needed a paradigm shift to occur. With COVID and a global pandemic, the world finally understands that mental health is a critical issue facing our young people. I could not be more proud of the small part we played in ensuring people understand that we have to take care of our children and their mental fitness first."
We continue to do the work to improve resiliency through evidence-based research and technology that enables all cycles of influence around children to be properly trained in the latest best practices. Created by Hussa Farrell, the company is called Resiliency Technologies, and is leading innovation through the award-winning Sharpen platform.
Although Mental Fitness has closed, 5MM continues and is available for schools, colleges and clinicians.
